All cell phones in the New York City area will get an alert at 6 p.m. Tuesday asking them to sign up for information about the coronavirus.
The message, which will only go to mobile phones physically in the five boroughs, will be similar to an Amber Alert and encourage residents to text COVID to 692-692 so they get real-time information about the city’s coronavirus response. For alerts in Spanish, New Yorkers can text COVIDESP to 692-692.

I felt so overwhelmed like I was getting sick and I just did a big group meditation via the phone transcendental meditation and it helps so much I can't tell you.

The coronavirus fear really hits home that I wasn't safe at a doctors office in Soho and horrific extremes they went to the doctor and his employee actually they're still going to with their lies and stuff it really was taking me down into such a depression so this group act really helped me Sunday evening  https://twitter.com/suzannahtroy/status/1239319466850295808?s=21

So far everyone remains extra kind nice friendly which is great. I'm concerned about the severe insomnia chronic since October 1, 2012 violent attack lies gaslighting making me more vulnerable or the chronic insomnia for so many years it's frightening.  Update: Supermarkets here are much more crowded Whole Foods much more crowded but overwhelmingly people were very good kind....Supermarkets here are much more crowded Whole Foods much more crowded but overwhelmingly people were very good kind well behaved ... Then the weather warms up before it got very windy tonight it was so strikingly beautiful sunny the park was filled to the brim with optimistic positive people it was very uplifting
I'm amazed by this wisdom from a rabbi I love what he said
by Rabbi Aron Moss; Sydney, Australia
This coronavirus thing has really thrown me. I feel like I've lost all sense of certainty. No one knows what will happen next. How do we stay sane when we don't know what's lurking around the corner?
Answer:
It is not that we have lost our sense of certainty. We have lost our illusion of certainty. We never had it to begin with. This could be majorly unsettling, or amazingly liberating.
This tiny virus of 125 nanometres has sent the entire world into chaos. All of our plans are up in the air, markets are going crazy, entire countries shutting down, and we have no clue what the future holds.
But that is always the case. We never know what the future holds. We only think we do, and keep getting surprised when things don't pan out the way we expected. Now the mask is off. We have to admit our vulnerability.
What will happen next? We don't know. Our experts don't know. Our leaders don't know. Only G-d knows. And that is the point. Only G-d knows.
Close your eyes and feel the uncertainty, make peace with it, let yourself be taken by it. Embrace your cluelessness. Because in all the confusion there is one thing you know for sure. You are in G-d's hands.

Keep calm. Panic and fear are also contagious. Take every precaution as advised by health authorities. Wash your hands well. And every time you do, remember whose hands you are in.

Crack of dawn Thursday am: I wake-up in the middle of the night traumatize PTSD from violence lies terrible violence abuse patient rights violated at Dr Andrew Fagelman's Office 155 Spring St. he's the most unethical medical doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. What happened October 1, 2012 ongoing is inexcusable unethical and clearly he doesn't understand Hippocratic oath.

The New York Times (@nytimes)
Tom Hanks had a cold, or so he thought. In the U.S., those symptoms may not be enough to get tested for the coronavirus. But in Australia, testing is free and widely available, thanks to early and coordinated planning for a pandemic. nyti.ms/2TX3Lsc

Metropolitan Museum of Art will temporarily close all three locations—The Met Fifth Avenue, The Met Breuer, and The Met Cloisters—starting tomorrowMarch 13, to support New York City's effort to contain the spread of COVID-19. Membership events and programs are canceled until further notice and may be rescheduled at a later date. The Museum will undertake a thorough cleaning and plans to announce next steps early next week.

I'm here to talk about the coronavirus New York City the fear it's constant emails it's constant reminders like going to the supermarket and the supermarket shelves are empty.
You can see the tweet below I posted if you click on the link it'll show you a photo of the empty shelves inside Whole Foods frozen food section.  Ironically there's plenty of fresh fruit it's the frozen foods that people are stocking up on at Whole Foods.

Not all shelves that are empty but I've never seen anything like this before empty shelves and supermarkets and even Whole Foods. It's just certain sections are just completely cleaned out including some of the frozen food as well as anything involving antiseptic wipes.

And one supermarket the people checking out in front of me behind me were coughing. I had to tell myself maybe it was allergies and the people behind me involves an adult and children so what was the adult gonna do leave the children home maybe the adults didn't have anyone to leave the children with and how to get food.  I had to think compassion and just tell myself everything's gonna be OK.
But my head hurts it's almost 330 I wanted to not return to the blog but I have because I'm so traumatized from violence at a doctors that has so harm to my health it wasn't just the violence and my patient rights repeatedly violated under scoring how corrupt and inappropriate New York City in the state of New York is that I don't have Justice or accountability and nothing gaged how many people in their wrongdoing? I think of Harvey Weinstein who is so arrogant and mocking so all those involved in the crimes in my case maybe they'll get theirs however long it takes? I call Dr Andrew Fagelman Delita Hooks their unethical behavior their wrongdoing their gaslighting their lies my coronavirus of almost 8 years on going along with her NYPD PALS  they enlisted to help erase crimes the way NYPD in the Manhattan DA Help Jeffrey Epstein they literally enabled Jeffrey Epstein! Not one of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes including rapes and sexual salts forever included in the NYPD statistical reports aka NYPD Crimes stats.  We have a really really sick City sick when it comes to ethics morals decency starting at a doctors office so the fact that we have a coronavirus threat that could be pandemic is even more upsetting to me because I was violated at the doctors I wasn't safe at a doctors and it didn't stop there the abuse the gaslighting was taken online to Google youtube and to Yelp and Twitter!

Notify NYC: Stay home/call your doctor if you feel sick. Seek care after 48 hrs if symptoms don't improve. If you don't have a doctor, call 311

I woke up and decided I would create another blog about coronavirus so this is my second - I try not to focus on the trauma of the doctors although that feels like my coronavirus for almost 8 years ongoing seriously harming my health and very very dangerous ways from my brain the running punched my head my head shaking the violent threats and harassment the gaslighting that keeps me up every night so the lack of sleep for almost 8 years ongoing is very bad for my brain and my neurology my body and I was heading towards obesity and pre-diabetes but let's talk about coronavirus.....
I made some really good points but you have to scroll down in my first blog post on my other blog to see those points and even suggestions to cope from an exercise called skin touch I will help you to release good chemicals or hormones in your body it's a form of self soothing rubbing the inside of your wrist or from your ear behind your ear down to your clavicle plus there's also Tapping... I posted YouTube so that if you're really stressed these might be gentle ways to have just even a little relief from the stress of the constant messages that are so stressful.

We also have our first celebrity couple that's Tom Hanks and his wife and there's a medical doctor on Twitter that is sharing all his symptoms including diarrhea.
He's grateful for the support he's receiving on Twitter and he's also a reminder that you may be feeling anxious -
You may think you have a symptom but you don't have all the symptoms but you don't have symptoms....? He may not want to go to his Twitter account it may be too stressful but if you don't have some kind of intense fever you're OK. If you're feeling sick call your doctor immediately!

PTSD made worse by unethical liar MD Dr Andrew Fagelman's reckless lies and his and Delita Hooks gaslighting so I relieve it over and over....  PTSD lots of repetition as you might notice...

Until you're a victim of a running punch to your head the violence the threats and where did this happen at a doctors office and SoHo 155 Spring St. where I should've been safe.  I was in Safe and NYPD from the 1st Precinct went to violent extremes to underscore even breaking laws in violating my civil rights which worked out for the unethical creepy Dr Andrew Fagelman who did not fire Delita Hooks aka "Delite" and Dee. He says he takes her to drug parties!

Because of the gaslighting my brain continues to always go back to what happened these are not people that understand right from wrong they don't have basic ethics decency this is from my doctors office to NYPD from the to the de Blasio so my hurt brain keeps returning to the wrong doing and it hurts my health because they keep lying and they've gotten so many people to help them lie but I have the evidence I have the proof I have reported every person that I can but I know their name to any agency I can report including lawyers for their lack of ethical or worse some took an extreme step and possibly broke loss so I reported them I've done everything possible but my brain keeps going back because I don't have apologies I don't have justice just more cruel behavior more mocking from a doctors office to the police department... NYPD openly broke laws in violating my civil rights and four police commissioners have protected all crimes. New York City may have one of the most corrupt unethical medical communities were violence violating patient rights sexual assault is no big?New York City may have one of the most corrupt unethical medical communities were violence violating patient rights sexual assault is no big deal? They make us sign forms about understanding patient rights but clearly they don't even care.

I have audio video falsified police reports a letter threatening me I don't have Justice and many of the crimes do not have a statue limitation I'd like JUSTICE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!

Dear Suzannah B.,
I write to update you on the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
During this pandemic, I cannot implore you enough to social distance — which means limiting all in-person social interactions as much as possible. Experts agree that staying apart is critical if we want to reduce the strain on our health care system and slow the spread of this virus to save lives.
To that end, I have taken a number of actions:
  • Schools in NYC, Westchester County and Long Island are closed. Remote learning will take place, and plans are being developed so that children still can get the meals they need and essential workers have access to child care. (Your local school district will have more details.)
  • We are aggressively urging private businesses to consider closing and having employees work from home
  • Non-essential state employees, as well as non-essential local government employees, have been directed to work from home.
  • Starting at 8pm tonight until further notice, restaurants and bars statewide will be delivery and takeout ONLY.
  • Starting at 8pm tonight until further notice, gyms, casinos and movie theaters will all be closed.
  • Pharmacies, grocery stores, medical facilities and gas stations will remain OPEN.
We do not take these decisions lightly — they are necessary because of the unprecedented public health crisis we find ourselves in.
How dangerous is this virus?
Eighty percent of people who contract COVID-19 self-resolve — and may not even have symptoms.
The virus presents a larger risk to the elderly, the immune-compromised and those with underlying health conditions. We are laser focused on protecting these at-risk populations.
Remember: Even if you have no symptoms, you can still spread Coronavirus. Be a good neighbor and take precautions even if you are young and healthy. Those around you may be at greater risk.
What should you do?
All New Yorkers can take simple steps to prevent the spread of this virus:
  • Wash your hands regularly — for at least 20 seconds
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or your sleeve
  • Avoid handshaking
  • Don't touch your face with unwashed hands
New Yorkers should also follow our recommendations for social distancing:
  • Stay home, even if you feel well
  • Keep 6 feet of distance from others in public
  • Cancel unnecessary travel plans
New Yorkers can call the Department of Health's coronavirus hotline at 1-888-364-3065 or visit this page for further information.
I will be transparent with you. The number of confirmed cases in New York State will continue to go up, and the situation will get worse before it gets better.
But I know that New Yorkers are strong and we will get through this.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Ever Upward,
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo

I am not qualified to give advice I'm just telling you that I am trying to make sure that I have food in the house and necessities just in case the City goes in to lock down.  I am in oil free vegan so it's easy to store brown rice and beans it's also quite inexpensive.  I also picked some frozen vegetables and frozen fruits just in case.

If any of us develop symptoms then we feel we should stay home with makes sense to have food in the house. If you have to self quarantine that could be 10 days so it would be good to have a good amount of food to have available Something Happens but let's just pray will all be OK prayer is powerful.

Getting outside and seeing people being happy and doing their thing as if life is normal is very healing and great for the immune system! One of the best things you can do for your immune system is be happy! It's already past 3 AM and I haven't been able to get back to sleep sleep is the most important thing for healing and I've been denied it for years because of gaslighting thanks for coming to my new blog! I'm gonna try and get back to sleep now last night I couldn't.

NYC:

STATEMENT BY NEW YORK CITY COUNCIL SPEAKER COREY JOHNSON ON CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19
NEW YORK – “I agree with the decision to ban large scale gatherings in New York City, as I called for yesterday.

Life is going to have to change for some period of time in order to better control this outbreak. This is no longer business as usual. It is time for a more aggressive strategy and measures to address the COVID-19 pandemic.

I know many of the measures required of us will hurt people’s livelihoods. There will be an economic impact on places like our theaters and concert venues, movie theaters, gyms and sporting arenas, not for profits and other public gathering places. The City must take actions to give them relief.  To start, the Council is looking at creating a fund to help people and businesses impacted.

The Council will also be coming out with policies to help protect and provide essential services for the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including individuals without homes, prison populations, elderly New Yorkers, senior centers and residents of nursing homes.

Large-scale school closures should be considered, and a decision needs to be made before the end of this week. We must have a plan in place to make sure services continue for families who rely on our schools to provide meals and medical and other crucial services.

In addition to the ban on large scale gatherings, individuals should also practice social distancing to the maximum extent possible as a protection measure. This will mean limiting non-essential travel and avoiding unnecessary public events, including going to restaurants, bars, and shops, though grocery stores and pharmacies must remain open. Please work from home if you are able to do so. If you are an employer, please give your employees the option to work from home if at all possible.

Religious and community institutions should offer services and programming via video when possible so that the people they serve can minimize their exposure to risk. If it is absolutely necessary to continue in-person services, they should be taking rigorous hygienic measures, like deep cleaning and providing hand sanitizer, and maximizing physical separation between people.

These are measures that have been tested and proven in other pandemic settings. I am confident that a more aggressive response now will save lives and prevent even more pain later.

We are also calling on the City, State, and Federal governments to do more as quickly as possible. This should include emergency paid sick leave, financial relief for small businesses, and protections for domestic workers, individual contractors and others who lack the privilege to work from home or simply take a few days off.

Additionally, as I have called for previously, we need to rapidly expand the production of testing kits and their availability to New York City, and to provide accurate and consistent information and guidance that Americans can trust.

I am urging all New Yorkers to be careful and smart in their own personal health decisions. If you are feeling sick, please do not go to work. If you are sick enough to want to see a doctor, please call before you go.

Yesterday, I said the city isn’t shutting down - and it still isn’t. But this is an evolving situation, with rapidly changing guidelines from public health experts.

New Yorkers are tough. That’s part of why we’ve all chosen to live here. We have been through crises together before. The coming weeks will no doubt be challenging, and many of our daily rituals will be disrupted. I am sorry for those who are already infected and those who will become infected, and for their families and the healthcare workers who bear the heaviest burden. But I know that our resilience, our shared sense of sacrifice, and our commitment to each other and our communities will help our city weather this crisis together and emerge stronger for it.”
