I made cauliflower rice and I use these three ingredients cause I'm tired too tired to chop onions or fresh garlic and this would be terrible for anyone with high blood pressure because all three ingredients have salt so this is not for someone on the salt free diet or anyone with issues with salt but I'm under a lot of stress!
