I feel very negative today very tired but there is an online global community focus on positivity I do have resources and that's a comfort and I can share my cooking maybe to inspire other people to lose coronavirus a pandemic how do you think I feel having to rely on the medical community and the NYPD that don't have ethics and aren't properly police and monitored and held accountable? I was trying to make a short YouTube but I got stuck in the Trauma loop over and over and over so you see me falling back into the Trauma loop but in the meantime I'm eating whole food plant-based oil free and continuing to lose weight I'm exercising I'm using this time in every way to help myself possible and I'm part of a global community that is focused on healing prayer and optimism.
